The eddy current sorting system is designed for hardness sorting, material verification, and heat treatment inspection applications. It enables fast and reliable inspection of metal tubes, bars, wires, automotive components, valves, and various metal parts.

Using electromagnetic analysis, the system can accurately detect and separate differences in material structure, surface hardness, and case depth. This makes it particularly suitable for production environments where sorting of improperly heat-treated parts or mixed materials is critical.

The system evaluates the electromagnetic characteristics of the inspected material on an eddy current impedance diagram. For a given material, the measurement points typically form a two-dimensional normal distribution. Based on this distribution, the system can automatically generate an elliptical sorting zone with adjustable X-radius, Y-radius, and angle, allowing operators to optimize sorting sensitivity.

All testing parameters can be stored for future use, enabling repeatable inspection processes. Sorting results can be recorded and printed, while inspection data can be stored on the system’s hard drive to ensure full traceability and quality documentation.
