Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement for Rocket Motor Tubes (UT Testing)

This system can be designed as either a fully automatic or semi-automatic solution. Rocket motor tubes placed on the test station are measured at designated locations using high-precision eddy current probes mounted on the inspection unit.

Based on the parameters entered by the operator, measurements can be taken from multiple points and angles along the tube. All collected data is recorded within the system and, if required, can be integrated with ERP or other production management systems.

When the measured values meet the specified thickness criteria, the system can notify the operator through visual indicators or audible signals. If required, the tube can also be automatically marked, a QR code can be generated, or additional custom features can be integrated according to specific customer requirements.
