Extremely compact dimensions, minimal weight, and excellent handling are the key features of the iRis DVR X Videoscope System developed by IT Concepts.
Designed for demanding industrial environments, the system allows inspections in remote or hard-to-access areas to be performed quickly and efficiently. With minimal preparation, the iRis DVR X is ready for operation within seconds.
Thanks to the proven tactile 4-way articulation system with up to 180° movement, the distal tip can be positioned precisely and effortlessly in any desired direction. The high-brightness LED light source ensures excellent illumination, allowing even the smallest details to be clearly visible on the 5-inch high-resolution TFT display.
The integrated, replaceable, and rechargeable high-capacity batteries provide up to 2 hours of operating time. The well-balanced ergonomic handle, designed for true one-handed operation, enables comfortable and fatigue-free inspections even during extended working periods.
Available with 4.0 mm and 6.0 mm probe diameters and working lengths ranging from 1.5 m to 7.5 m, the iRis DVR X provides a versatile inspection solution for a wide range of industrial applications.

ATEX Compliance

The system is based on the well-known and reliable iRis DVR technology platform and is specially designed for use in potentially explosive environments.
The probe is specially insulated according to ATEX Zone 3 requirements, ensuring safe operation in hazardous areas.
Additional safety features include:
  • Fuel and gasoline resistant insertion tube
  • Non-conductive distal tip
  • Capability to ground the system with the inspection area for enhanced safety during inspections in explosive atmospheres
These features make the iRis DVR X ATEX suitable for inspections in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical plants, refineries, and fuel storage facilities.

Complete Inspection Kit

The iRis DVR X Inspection System is supplied as a “ready-to-go” video inspection kit. The kit includes the iRis DVR inspection system configured according to the selected articulation, diameter, and working length, together with all essential accessories.
Standard accessories include:
  • Rechargeable battery
  • Battery charger
  • Neck holder
The system is delivered in an iRis transport case (for probe lengths up to 5 m, compliant with IATA standards) or in the iRis CasePlus (for probes 6 m and longer, non-IATA).
