BRIO is a next-generation eddy current testing instrument developed for both conventional EC and advanced ECA (Eddy Current Array) applications. Designed for portability and ease of use, the system offers multi-channel, multi-frequency inspection capabilities, enabling high-performance flaw detection, conductivity measurement, and thickness evaluation.
The device supports a wide range of probe types including pencil probes, conductivity probes, thickness probes, rotary probes, and array probes, making it highly versatile for different inspection scenarios. Its ability to operate across a frequency range of 10 Hz to 10 MHz allows precise detection of surface and near-surface defects in various materials.
BRIO features advanced software with real-time wireless control via tablet or Windows-based devices. It comes ready-to-use with automatic probe recognition, pre-configured setups, and assisted calibration, significantly reducing setup time and improving inspection efficiency.
With integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, and Ethernet connectivity, BRIO enables seamless data transfer, reporting, and integration into automated or in-line inspection systems. Its lightweight design (approx. 770 g) and up to 8 hours of battery life make it an ideal solution for field inspections and maintenance operations.
