Its non-contact inspection capability allows reliable measurements on rough, coated, or high-temperature surfaces. VOLTA is a dual-channel ultrasonic testing system optimized for EMAT and DCUT applications. It operates within a wide frequency range of 20 kHz to 8 MHz and delivers up to 1,100 Vpp and 6 kW peak power per channel, ensuring excellent signal penetration and inspection performance.
The system supports both conventional ultrasonic techniques and advanced guided wave methods, including LRUT (Long Range Ultrasonic Testing) and MRUT (Medium Range Ultrasonic Testing). With its non-contact inspection capability, VOLTA eliminates the need for surface preparation, significantly reducing inspection time and increasing operational efficiency.
Equipped with ITOP software and NDT-WEB platform, the device offers advanced data acquisition, real-time analysis, and remote access via Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and USB connections. Its rugged design and portable structure make it suitable for demanding field conditions.
