ROLLMATE is an advanced automated inspection system designed for detecting surface and internal defects in mill rolls. By combining Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Eddy Current (EC) technologies, it delivers high-speed, high-precision inspection for roll shop and production environments.

ROLLMATE is engineered to inspect both forged and cast mill rolls during or after grinding operations. Its multi-sensor architecture enables comprehensive defect detection across the entire roll surface and internal structure, ensuring reliable and repeatable results.
