CODA is an advanced ultrasonic testing device compatible with EMAT (Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer) and piezoelectric probes, enabling true non-contact inspection. It eliminates the need for couplant, making it ideal for high-temperature, oxidized, or coated surfaces. With its portable design and powerful performance, CODA delivers fast, accurate, and reliable NDT inspections in demanding industrial environments.

CODA is a versatile ultrasonic flaw detector designed to operate with EMAT, DCUT, and conventional UT probes. Its non-contact EMAT technology allows inspections without surface preparation, providing significant advantages in harsh industrial conditions.

The system offers high-power signal generation (up to 800 Vpp) and operates within a wide frequency range (1 MHz – 8 MHz), ensuring excellent performance across various materials and applications. It supports both pulse-echo and pitch-catch modes, enabling precise flaw detection and thickness measurements.

CODA is widely used for corrosion mapping, weld inspection, pipeline testing, plate inspection, stress measurement, and bolt load monitoring. It is an ideal solution for industries such as oil & gas, power generation, aerospace, defense, and heavy manufacturing.

Equipped with the ITOP operating platform and NDT-WEB software, CODA provides an intuitive user interface and advanced data management capabilities.
